The roots of the Design Impex goes back to early 80’s, when we began working hand-in-hand with skilled Metal-ware artisans in the heart of metal City Moradabad in India a very well known name globally for its Metal-wares, jointly creating updated, innovative designs in a special lustrous alloy of many metals.

Many of those skilled metalworkers are still with us now, in our foundry in Moradabad.

Our pieces are made entirely by hand, one at a time, using the ancient art of sand casting: pouring a premium quality alloy of molten Metal into sand moulds, and then going through levels of Finishing.

More than twelve different sets of hands are involved in the creation of each piece, and the result of this intensely handmade process is a piece with a depth of character, warmth and personality that communicates in a way that only a handmade piece can.

Q.Where are the Products made?

A. All our product are made in our own factory by skilled crafts man and quality controls.

Q. Are the products durable?

A. Our products are made up of Casted Metals as well as Sheet Metals. These are Durable enough for rough usage however finish can change in due course of time.

Q. How can I order the products?

A. You may order our products by email, whatsapp, telephone are even sending a post.

Q. What are the delivery timeframe for the orders.

A. Usually we take 30 days for the production and dispatch. It can change as per the customers needs as well as it also depends on Quantity of the order placed. And for some items which are technical in nature and functional can take upto 75 Days time

Q. What are the Payment methods accepted?

A. We accept payments via T/T, Moneygram, Paypal as the preferred payment methods.

Q. What are the payment terms?

A. Initially we take 50% advance and balance before shipment upon photo inspection of complete lot of Order.
