This grappa with a copper plant in a discontinuous bain-marie, from pomace fermented by Catalan grapes, still moist, healthy and fresh. As soon as it is distilled, this grappa has olfactory notes, intense and decisive, which lead back to fruity hints, with a soft fruity background.
The long aging for several months in oak barrels French transforms the already elegant structure, enhancing the sweet aromas of coconut, dried fruit and floral and vanilla notes.
