Low Water Level Warning / Reset
When water level is low, heater power will be stopped. Warning RED LED will be ON. After cooling down and add water, open up the black cover to push RESET bar into, so can re-activate heating and resume functions

What are frequent defective Parts?
What are the policy of free repair warranty and further technical support?
From date of delivery, we as manufacturer, offer one year free parts support. Once there is problem of the machine, can consult us via Alibaba, or email, youtube, facebook, whatsapp, Wechat ( all can reach us). Our people will collect information about the problem with co-operation of buyer, such as taking video or photos. After confirming of defective reason, solution will be come out to fix the problem. After one year, we will be available for technical advice, however, delivery of Parts will be charged for material cost and freight cost.
If buyer does not like the machine after received it, can return or not?
Return is acceptable under two conditions:
A) Return must be freight prepaid and Duty prepaid by buyer, delivery up to our factory in China. As common practice, the return from overseas will be subjected to strict customs control and there are uncertain factors involved. Buyer has to sort out the problems to make sure the machine can reach our factory without extra cost to be paid by factory.
B) Buyer has to take video or photos to show the condition of the machine before return agreed, if these information shows the machine is new as just take out of carton, return can be agreed. When we receive the machines, video or photos will also be taken to verify it is new without damage and function well, then can refund the payment accordingly.
In other words, Return is not recommended as the freight and handling cost is quite high ( buyer has to afford). It will be wise to think twice and ask more before buying. Over 10 years experience making this product, some rare and unfortunate case were happened, newly received machine got problem, it is confident that the delivery of parts will solve the problem, just do a simple DIY repair.
