Filling Heads
Every filling head has anti-drop design. It promise do not waste the material. And diameter of filling head basis on the diameter of customer’s barrel’s mouth.
Liquid Valves and Material Pipes
The valves are connected with the material pipes, and hand wheel is to adjust the heights of filling heads.
Material Tank
The material tank is used for liquid storage. And this tank can be SUS 316 material since it contacts filling liquid.
Bottle Clamping Parts
The width of guardrail on both sides of the conveyor belt should be adjusted according to the bottle size to ensure that the bottle can pass smoothly.
