POMZA EXPORT MINING INDUSTRIES TRADING CO. INC. begin its journey in 1969 with perlite mining and continues to produce raw materials in Izmir-Menderes, Manisa-Salihli-Sart, Izmir-Yenikoy, and Erzincan Refahiye. We are a family business with more than 50 years of experience in the field. We own 4 Perlite ore plants only in Turkey, plus have other mining plants for different ores - Quartz, pumice, garnet, gold, rutile etc.

Our Horticultural Perlite is produced with world-class technology; its dust-free, has homogeneous and ideal grain size and pore structure, and long-lasting because of its high durability. 

We currently export screened/crushed Perlite ore and Expanded Perlite to international customers mostly in Agriculture, Foundry, Construction, Textile, Cryogenic, Filtration Sector and offer a wide selection of grades. Our perlite’s quality was recognised in various markets and industries such as Turkey, Spain, India and United Kingdom. 

We are proud of our manufacturing process in which we use special strainers and air separators to eliminate dust and impurities.

Pomza Export Mining is a family business with more than 50 years of experience in the field. Since 1991, we provide raw materials to various industries in the Domestic Market(50.00%),South Asia(20.00%),North America(5.00%),Eastern Europe(5.00%),Mid East(5.00%),Western Europe(5.00%),Northern Europe(5.00%),Southern Europe(5.00%). There are about 250 employees in our company.

All of the energy used in this mining site is generated from these solar panels. Plus, we are recycling and reusing %99 of the water used in the production through our own water treatment plant.
Environmentally friendly gravity method is adopted in our facilities. Working with the zero waste principle and without using chemicals, our mining sites are Turkey's most environmentally friendly mine operations.
