Product Overview
Description
The computerized quantitative filling machine has feeding system, weighing system, frame, pneumatic control, control system, powerless roller, etc.
Feeding method: continuous and stable feeding is required (feeding pump is used for pressurized feeding)
Feeding mechanism is executed by solenoid valve through cylinder for fast and slow feeding respectively.
Filling method: ordinary conventional filling and lifting submerged filling (choose according to the need when ordering)
Weighing system consists of weighing bracket, sensor, weighing platform equipped with non-powered roller and rack support and filling system.
Pneumatic control system: control fast and slow feeding valve.
The weighing platform is not allowed to be subjected to additional additional external forces during use.
