strickly quality control policy
Have 4 staffs in QC Dept.
ICQ check all materials before them ready to production line.
QC do all lighting performance and appearance inspect when finished assembled before packing.
1. all materials will be 100% certainly inspect,any defect materials will be returned and not used.
2. Each fixture will be done at least 12 hours performance testing after assembled but before close cover.
3. Fixture will take 24-48 hours aging test after finished.
4. Each batch production we will take around 5% quantity to do hang test.
