QSPW series submersible high-efficiency non-clogging sewage pump is a hydraulic machine in which the motor and the water pump are coaxially integrated into the medium. The product has advanced structure, wide flow passage and strong sewage discharge capacity. The temperature of the medium conveyed by this type of pump is not higher than 50°C, PH=4~10, the diameter of the solid particles passing through is 15-110mm, and the fiber length is 5 times the diameter of the inlet. It is widely used in municipal engineering construction projects, sewage discharge from factories and mines, and sewage discharge from hospitals, hotels and residential areas.
The pump adopts pump-electric integration, lower pump structure, large-channel impeller channel design; beautiful appearance, reasonable design, excellent performance, convenient use and maintenance, wide operating conditions, durability, safety and reliability. The external cooling water jacket is adopted, and the water pump is cooled by water, which can be dehydrated.
Application scope and conditions of use
It is suitable for conveying liquids containing sand, coal slag, tailings, fibers and other sundries.
Conditions of use: 1. The temperature of the medium does not exceed 50℃, the density is 1.0-1.3kg/m³, and the PH value is in the range of 5~9. 2. For pumps without an internal gravity circulating cooling system, the exposed liquid level of the motor part should not exceed 1/2. 3. Under normal circumstances, the pump must be used within the range of use head to ensure that the motor is not overloaded 4. The motor current must not exceed the rated current of the motor during operation.
Structural features
