The Japanese soul food udon is best enjoyed together with a dashi shoyu soup, but there are many differerent kinds of udon in Japan such as udon with grated radish curry udon, miso udon, udon with sliced meat, tempra udon etc. Whether veggietarian, vegan or traditional - it's all delicious, it's up to you!

Delicious gluten-free pasta dishes can be easily prepared in a short time! The fresh ramen have a cooking time of only 4 minutes.
Cooking Instruction 1. Please remove a pack of oxygen absover from package, and please do not eat and microwave the oxygen absorber. 2. Put onepackage of noodle into 3 cups (720ml) of boiling water and add a tsp salt (if desired) 3. After the water's boiling again, stire occasionally and cook medium high on range for 3 to 4 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached. 4 Drain water well. It can be served hot or in your favourite pasta recipes. Enjoy the good texture of rice noodle.
