1. Decal Printing

The image is printed with modified printed working with BALTEA ceramic toners. 

To make decal production easier   the CALCOPRINT paper was    invented by BALTEA D.C. It's      enough you print the image on    Calcoprint paper, apply it on the   ceramics and fire.

2. Firing

The firing can be done in industrial kilns or small pottery kilns.
Our technical personnel will give   you complete information about   firing cycles and temperatures.

3. Customised Tile

After firing the article is either      ready for use or can be enriched   furthermore by applying additional materials, for example gold and    platinum decorations.

The same technologyu can be      used for ceramics, glass and

enameled steel.
