Step 1: BUYER Inquiry used machine by LOI

Please send your inquiry included at least below as your LOI (letter of intent) by email:

 

• Company Name/Telephone/Address


• Machine Category: excavator, wheel loader, Bulldozer, Roller, Finisher, Grader, Crane, Carrier Dump, Wood chipper, Pile driver, Genrator, and others

• Brand: Japanese main brands: Komatsu, Hitachi, Caterpillar, Kobelco, Yanmar, Kubota, Sumitomo, Kato, Tadano, Okada Aiyon, Mitsubishi, and others


• Type/Model


• Year


• Destination (Shipping) Port: CIF or FOB at Japan port


• Target price: US$


• Payment Term: T/T or L/C * L/C should be higher price as the transactional banking cost required or Escrow 


• Other requirements 

Step2: SELLER Offer by SCO/FCO

Seller, Worldg Gate LLC/AHA CREATE will send the SCO (soft corporate offer) by email after geting above step 1 information

• Offer Machine detail with some pictures

STEP3: BUYER and SELLER AGREEMENT with INVOICE

The buyer will accept the offer on the Step2, and the seller send the agreement and official invoice and the buyer will sign it back.

 

STEP4: SELLER shipping the item by ocean freight

the seller will prepare the ocean freight and required documents

 

Normally, 50% deposit required withing 5 business days after sign on the agreement at Step3.

The half of remain will be made at exchanging the document of ocean freight.
