The highest quality sake in Jyokuu brand.
Using "Yamada Nishiki", which is said to be the best rice for sake brewing in Japan, and Minamitouji, one of the representative groups of sake brewers, carefully brewed it with traditional techniques. A fruity aroma and a slightly dry taste produced by long-term low-temperature fermentation. It has gorgeous scent and mellow scent.

As a sake brewery, Hachinohe Syurui has been awarded 27 times in total at the National New Sake Appraisal.
