1. Q: What's the warranty and service?
A: We provide OEM and ODM service and customized service,3 years warranty for Whiteboard/Touch Frame ,1 year warranty for others. 

2. Q: MOQ, Delivery term, Payment term?
A: Our normal order MOQ is 1 pcs, OEM MOQ is >100pcs.
Delivery term: EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF.etc is no problem.
Payment term: T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow.etc

3. Q: Whether to provide any teaching software?
A: Yes, we provide free education software and update the features timely.

4 Q: How to make the order?
A: Send detailed inquiry to us, then we will reply you with the Proforma Invioce. Make the payment after you confirm the PI. We ship out the products by express or by sea within 3~5 days upon to your q'ty after we receive the payment. Then you will get the cargos soon.
