2.Are you a factory or trading company?

    We are a factory and can export the products directly.

3.Can you send the sample to us?

    Yes , we can provide free sample within US$10, and we need customer pay the shipping fee.

4.Can you OEM and ODM?

     Yes, OEM and ODM are acceptable. The material, color, style can customize, the basic

     quantity we will advise after we discuss.

5.Can we use our logo?

     Yes, you can.

     (1)Orthopedic Support and Compression stockings: Please send the picture or your logo 

         sample to us, then we will estimate the price for you.

     (2)Insoles and Footcare: We can printed or deboss, after we discuss we will inform you

         whether it is feasible or not, it may need extra charge.

6.Can we use our own packaging?

     Yes , we can. We have three packaging

    (1)Color box: Please send your picture to us, then we will estimate the printed price for you.

    (2)White box: We will estimate the box price for you.

    (3)Polybag or zip lock: Our basic packaging is polybag or zip lock.

7.What is your Payment term?

    Our payment term is T/T, PayPal and Secure Payment.

8.What is the your lead time?

    Basically for first order is 45 days, for reorder is 30 days, but if it is the massive order it may

    take more time.
