We use pesticide-free rice and natural water in Aya, Kyushu and brown rice vinegar which matures in outdoor huge jars. We pickle Kyushu plum and honey for 1 year, and such a sweet and delicious vinegar to be produced.
The difference is very clear between the richness and flavor created by long-term pickling and blended products with fruit juice. A healthy drink in which the active ingredients of plum are dissolved in vinegar.
