Jaeger Stamping Fluid S-808
Jaeger S-808 is a cutting and stamping fluid based on high volatile solvent. It contains lubricants, coolants and anti-rust additives, provides rapid evaporation, excellent lubricity, rust resistance and effective cooling performance.
It forms a protective film on metal surface after the evaporation to prevent corrosion. The product can enhance the efficiency of cutting and stamping, improve the surface finish of work-pieces and extend the service life of tools.
Applications
Jaeger S-808 is suitable for high speed cutting and stamping small metal parts, such as air conditioners, cooling devices, electronic components, electrical equipment, computer components, etc. Jaeger S-808 is particularly designed for stamping and
cutting (thickness is not exceeding 0.7mm) stainless steel, brass, phosphor bronze and other difficult to process materials.
