For transformer electrical steel, B30G130 grain-oriented silicon steel coil, 0.30mm 30JG130 C130-30 30PG130 30Q180 30Z130
Pickling, cold rolling, and annealing are used to create cold rolled thin oriented silicon steel strip that is 0.30 or 0.35mm thick.Hot rolling is used to create strip rolls of around 2.3mm thickness from the cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel sheet.Compared to hot rolled silicon steel strip, cold rolled silicon steel strip has a smooth surface, uniform thickness, high stacking coefficient, good blanking, better magnetic induction, and lower iron loss.Cold strip manufacturing has the potential to lower the weight and volume of a motor or transformer by 0 to 25%.
The performance is improved when the cold rolled orientated belt is employed, and it can take the place of the hot rolled.
