Product Description
How does the pallet change operation take place?
The pallet turning operation takes place by tilting the load at 90° or 100°. In fact, the replacement of the pallet take place
thanks to the operator who transports the load with the transpallet or the forklift on the lower platform. By using a control
panel, the operator decides to start: the upper platform stops the product in order to allow the load for the overturning of 90°
or 100°.
When the load is overturned sideways, the operator widens the upper compactor in order to separate the product from the pallet
that is removed by the operator.
Subsequently, the operator inserts the new pallet, closes the compactor, and returns the machinery to its initial position. The
product will now be on the new pallet ready to be picked up.

Description of stationary pallet changer L-SHAPE FREEZER SPACERS
It is a fixed station pallet changer available in various configurations depending on the product that need to be handled. This
version of L-Shape has the same features as the standard model (L-SHAPE SPLITTER). The only difference is that the laterally
platform where the product is positioned is equipped with movable rollers that can be unlockable and lockable.
This function has been designed to facilitate the division of products for the insertion and removal of freezer spacers and to
facilitate the removal or insertion of pallets.
L-Shape can be used with countless products and has a maximum capacity of 1,500 kg, with the ability to handle loads with a
maximum height of up to 2,100 mm.
Furthermore, L-SHAPE is available in the Logy configuration (automatic pallet change logistics system), it can be integrated with
roller conveyors and automatic pallet dispensers.
