Automatic Dual Heads Auger Filler
This series machine is a new-designed that we make it on placing the old Turnplate Feeding on one side. Dual auger filling within one line main-assist fillers and the originated Feeding system can keep the high-precision and take off the tiring cleaning of the turntable. It can do the accurate weighing & filling work, and also could combined with other machines to buildup a whole can-packing production line. This machine could be used in filling milk powder, albumen powder, condiment, dextrose, rice flour, cocoa powder, solid drink, and so on.

Half open hopper
This level split hopper is easy to open and clean.
Hanging hopper
The combined hopper is suitable for very fine powder because the there is no gap at lower part of hopper
Our design: Screw type
There is no gap for powder to hide inside, and easy to clean

There will be powder hiding inside the hang connection part, which is difficult to clean, and will turn bad even pollute fresh powder.

The whole machine is made of SS304 including the base and holder of motor, which is stronger and high level.

Sensor Interlock
Sensor detect if the hopper is closed. Machine stops automatically when hopper is open so that to protect operator being hurting by turning auger.
Dual heads filler
1. Main filler will finish 85% target weight fast
2. Assistant filler will supplent left 15% accurate and slowly
3. They work together to achieve high speed, and guarentee high precision
Vibration & weighing
1. The vibration in green square has three shaking points, to extend vibrating range to three cans together
2. Two load cells in blue square is separated from vibration and won't be affected the accuracy. One is to weigh current weight after first main filling, the other is used to detect if final product reaches target weight.
Rejection Channel
Two Channels out for bottles.
Qualified weight bottles comes out from chain conveyor,
Reject will go into eliminate channel and won't enter next station in packing line.
Various size augers and nozzles
The auger filler principle is that volume of powder brought down by auger turning one circle is fixed. So different sizes of auger can be used in different filling weight range to reach higher accuracy and save more time.
