Description of the mobile pallet changer “SIDE MOVER”
It’s a very versatile mobile pallet changer that allows you to quickly change the pallet in confined spaces without having to
dedicate an area of the factory to this operation.
It’s able to handle fragile products, which cannot be turned or tilted, with a maximum weight of 1500 kg and all pallet sizes.
All Toppy equipment are equipped with safety systems in order to prevent accidents at work, with particular attention to GMP
standards to ensure the appropriate quality standards.
In the specific case of mobile pallet changers, they are supplied with safety systems of braking systems for handling the trolley.
In addition, an emergency button is installed which is activated to immediately stop the operation carried out at that moment. In
addition, we provide optional side nets necessary, in extraordinary cases, for the product to fall during the overturning or
rotation operation.
The mobile pallet changer is an electrically powered trolley with a maximum capacity of 1500 kg, operated by tiller controls and
powered by a gel battery. It is an extremely versatile and compact device that allows the replacement of the pallet to be carried
out in very confined spaces, thus not requiring an area to be dedicated in the plant.
The mobile bench vault is equipped with the latest generation gel batteries with a duration of 8-10 hours. It is possible to
increase the duration with larger batteries. In addition, to ensure that mobile devices have a non-stop operating cycle, we
provide the optional “roll-on / roll-off”, a quick battery change system.

TOPPY SIDE MOVER is able to perform the pallet change operation in only few seconds. In fact, the pallet is positioned inside the
device. The new pallet where the product will be placed is positioned next to the load. The pallet change operation takes place
thanks to two side platforms that press and lift up the load to place it from one pallet to another.
The pressure applied to the load is very delicate thanks to the possibility of direct adjustment via a pressure gauge or a preset
pressure selector.
