Introduction:
The gravity filling machine is suitable to fill all kinds water based liquid in food and drinking industry, like wine, milk, liquor, vinegar, juice, mineral water etc. It also can liquid in agricultural chemicals industry like liquid fertilizer, liquid pesticide and liquid insecticide etc.
For thick and sticky various liquid, it can not fill. It need to choose our servo piston filling machine.

Functions:
Machine component: All the contacted part with the liquid detergent is made by Stainless steel 316L. Other parts are made by stainless steel 304. The machine use world word-class brand components, such as photo sensor---keyence (Japan) PLC---Mitsubishi (Japan) Electrinic control part--- Mitsubishi (Japan) Touch screen---MCGS (Beijing) Cylinder--AirAc (Taiwan).
Controlling system : The machine adopts full-auto PLC + human-computer touch screen control system. For different volume for example, 500ml, 1000ml, 2000ml, we set three procedures, mode 1, mode 2, model 3``` The PLC can save these parameters for later use. Operators do not need too much complicated adjustments; the filling machine can switch between the three models easily.
Liquid hopper: The tank is made by SUS316L material, there is a sensor on tank to start or stop the pump transfer liquid or stop transfer. It is automatically.
Bottle position correct device: To ensure the bottles and filling heads are in the correct position, we add a special bottles position device to make the whole filling process smooth and stable. No bottle no filling.
Filling heads: The filling heads are specially made, with the function of anti-drop and anti-drawing & bubble-kill. The filling heads are diving, moving together with liquid level.
