TP-V Series V Type Mixing Machine
This v-shaped mixer machine is suitable to mix more than two kinds of dry powder and granular materials in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. It can be equipped with forced agitator according to user's requirements, so as to be suitable for mixing fine powder, cake and materials containing certain moisture. It consists of a work-chamber connected by two cylinders forming a “V " shape. It has two opening on top of the "V" shape tank that conveniently discharged the materials at the end of the mixing process. It can produce a solid-solid mixture.

During the v-shaped cylinder rotation, the material particles begin to rotate with the v-shaped cylinder axis as the center. When the V-shaped cylinder rotates to a certain angle, the material particles revolve due to the influence of gravity, and began to convolute to both sides of cylinder at the same time. In the falling process, the particles meet the V-shaped corner welding surface, and be separated to both sides of the V-shaped cylinder. During separation, some particles on the shorter side of the cylinder wall slide into the longer side under the action of convolution. With the rotation of the V-shaped cylinder, the material particles repeat above steps.

8.How to select a v mixer?
Choose a suitable model
Ribbon blenders have the effective mixing volume. Normally it is about 50%. However, some suppliers name their models as total mixing volume, while some like us name our v mixer models as effective mixing volume. You need to calculate the suitable volume according to your product density and batch weight.
For example, manufacturer TP produces 500kg flour each batch, whose density is 0.5kg/L. The output will be 1000L each batch. What TP needs is a 1000L capacity v mixer. And TP-V2000 model is suitable.

Ribbon blender quality
Full-welding:
Full welding is one of the most important part for food and pharmaceutical machines. Powder is easy to hide in gap, which may pollute fresh powder if residual powder goes bad. But full-welding and polish can make no gap between hardware connection, which can show machine quality and usage experience.
