Automatic Dual Heads Rotary Auger Filler
This filler is latest develop and designed according to the market development needs, based on the practice, which in line with the national GMP certification standards. The machine integrates the latest concept of European packaging technology, the design is more reasonable, stable and reliable. We updated the original 8 stations to 12 stations. So the single rotation angle of the turntable is reduced a lot, which has significantly improved the running speed and stability. The equipment can automatically handle the jar feeding, measuring, filling, weighing feedback, automatic correction etc. It is suitable for filling powder like materials, such as milk powder, protein powder, glucose powder, coffee powder, health care products and condiments.
Principle
Two fillers, one is for fast and 80% target weight filling, the other is for supplement of left 20% slowly.
Two load cells, one is after fast filler to detect how much weight slow filler needs to supplement, the other is after slow filling to get rid of reject.
Features & Specification
1. PLC control system, touch screen, clear working mode;
2. Rotary type, 2 sets weighing and detecting devices, real-time feedback to ensure no defective products in the packaging process;
3. Automatic turntable can position the jars accurately, which to realize no bottle no filling. 2 sets vibration devices reduce the volume of materials effectively;
4. The whole structure design is reasonable. No dead corner, which is convenient to clean. It is easy and fast to change jar specification.
5. It is designed for secondary supplement after weighing so that the accuracy and speed can be comprehensively improved;
6. Automatic empty jar peeling, has automatic double weight check. A small amount of circular supplement.
7. Panasonic servo motor drive screw and rotary operation, with precision planetary reducer, accurate positioning, high precision.
8. Fully sealed and filled, with lifting jar, 2 sets vibration and dust cover devices.

Half open hopper
This level split hopper is easy to open and clean.
Hanging hopper
The combined hopper is suitable for very fine powder because the there is no gap at lower part of hopper

Dual heads filler
1. Main filler will finish 85% target weight fast
2. Assistant filler will supplent left 15% accurate and slowly
3. They work together to achieve high speed, and guarentee high precision
Vibration & weighing
2. Two load cells in blue arrows is separated from vibration and won't be affected the accuracy. One is to weigh current weight after first main filling, the other is used to detect if final product reaches target weight.

The auger filler principle is that volume of powder brought down by auger turning one circle is fixed. So different sizes of auger can be used in different filling weight range to reach higher accuracy and save more time.
