HRB bearing series
Crossed cylindrical roller bearings are constructed in such a way that boththe outer ring and inner ring are integral.The rolling element is cylindricalroller，which are arranged vertically in the V-shaped raceway at 90°andseparated by spacers. This structure makes single bearing can carry axialload, radial load and tilting moment in all directions. Meanwhile, becausethe extemal dimensions of the bearing is maximum miniaturized, and thebearing has high rigidity, high rotation precision and high combined loadcapacity, it is most suitable for the joint or rotating part of industrial robots,the rotary tables of machining centers,and the rotating parts ofmanipulators,precision rotary tables,medical machines, measuringinstruments, etc.
HRBH series (Integrated inner and outer rings without mounting holes)requires a flange and support base for mounting, as there are no mountingholes in the outer and inner rings. In addition, as both the outer and innerrings are integral,mounting has no effect on performance,so stablerotational accuracy and torque can be obtained which is suitable forapplications where the outer and inner rings rotate but where sizeminiaturization is required.
