What is fresh lemon?
Lemon is a round fruit, usually bright green, sour and succulent. This fruit is an extremely powerful source of vitamins, especially containing high levels of vitamin C, antioxidants and other nutrients

Lemon is a food rich in vitamin C. One lemon provides about 31 mg of vitamin C, which is 51% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C per person (RDI). Many studies show that eating fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases and strokes.
