Silicone Emulsion
Silicone Emulsion is a 60% silicone emulsion formulated with a 350cst dimethyl silicone fluid. Becuse of its non-ionic nature, it can be used in a variety of systems, such as nonionic, anionic, cationic surfactant or polymer systems without forming a complex.

● Good gloss and hydrophobicity
● Good wetting and sliding properties
● General-purpose release agent
● Excluding Alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO)
● Conform to the detergent regulation
● Good emulsion stability at 50°C
● Good dilution stability, can be diluted to 2%
● Good freeze-thaw stability (5 cycles)

Application
Silicone Emulsion can be used as a polish component in automobile and furniture polishes with good gloss with minimal application.
1) Release agents for rubber or plastic parts. (bottle plug, screw lid, barrel plug, etc.)
2) Lubrication of the extrusion rubber parts and conveyor belts.
3) Textile machinery lubricant: Yarn/ Sewing Thread/ Knitwear/ sewing needle/ Glass cloth exhaust filter device.
