1. Can you offer customized sample for our own design?
A: Yes. You can tell us the specific item, functions you would like, we will do ODM sample according your demands.
2. Lead time for sample and mass production?
A: Sample for current design and function : within 7days.
Sample with new function or new design: 7-15days.
Sample with totally new design which should open tooling: 30days.
Mass production: 30days based on the MOQ.
3. How about the MOQ?
A: MOQ: Normaly 1000pcs. It could be negotiated for trial order.
4. Can you accept third -party inspection?
A: Of couse, we can accept third-party inspection , such as SGS , BV , TUV , ITS, etc. Audmic have the ability to handle your
order and meet your demands.
5. Do you have after sales service?
A: Yes, we are always here to serve on you. For devoloping long-term business relationship, you can contact us if any questions.
