A3: Yes, we provide one piece free sample after confirmation of the price offered. Sample fee will be charged for quantity over 3 pieces per model. We will prepare the samples within three days and samples will be delivered to you via
EMS at our cost or DHL/ TNT/ FEDEX at your cost.
Q4: Can you sow me your Product Certificates and Test Reports?
A4: Yes, we can show you CE, ANSI AS/ NZS Certificates and Test Reports from TUV Germany, DIN CERTCO Germany,
ECS Germany, CRITT France, INSPEC UK and SGS Taiwan after confirmation of the order.
