Q5. Could you provide the product samples for us? 

A5: Yes, we can discuss the sample and freight cost fee.

 

Q6. Could you do the Customized products?
A6: Yes, you can send the pictures of product size and shape details. We can manufacture the products according to your requirements.

 

Q7. Can you provide the material quality certificate for us? 

A7: Yes, we will provide the material quality certificate for you; the material without Mercury, and the test report proves the material does not be contaminated by radiation; 

The test items include component analysis, tensile test, hardness test etc., which all based on JIS standard.

 

Q8. What is the payment way?
A8: Normally we accept T/T 30% deposit, the balance against the copy of the shipping documents.

Q9. What's your delivery time?
A9: It depends on the order quantity you order. Normally we can ship goods within 25-60 working days after deposit payment for customized order. (Based on actual quantity). 

Q10. Do you have quality-control department?
A10: Yes, we have QC department. We will strictly test the products before we deliver.

A11: We can ship by sea, air and express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc.) according to customer requirements.
