Q1 What payment terms do you accept?

A1 Our standard form of payment is 30/70 TT, which means: 30% deposit TT in advance, 70% balance against B/L copy.

 

Q2 What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A2 Our MOQ varies based on different product types. For example, our MOQ for wood salt and pepper mills is 600 pcs, and 1200 pcs for stainless steel olive oil can. You will find it from each of our product pages in “Additional information” section.

 

Q3 How can I get the sample? What is its lead time?

A3 We can prepare samples for your quality checking. Normally we charge for sample expense and freight, and the sample charge will be deducted from the payment of the order. You can pay it to our Paypal account or via bank transfer.Once we receive it, we’ll begin to prepare the sample. The sampling time takes about 7 to 14 days.

 

Q4 How long is your production lead time?

A4 It depends on different product types, the order quantity and production line arrangement of that time. On average it takes about 60 days for manufacturing.

 

Q5 Do you provide customized services (OEM & ODM)? Can I have my own color box or logo on my product?

A5-1 We not only offer OEM/ODM products but also provide our extensive manufacturing experience to reduce our clients’ expenses and streamline their work.Adding your own logo and custom packaging boxes are available for us.

A5-2 We may need your logo artwork and technical drawing for further evaluation.

 

Q6 What information should I provide first to get a full quotation from you?

• Your information, like your name, email address, company name, country, etc.


• Which item(s) with the model number (for instance, AT-08 / CM-DY03-G / HL20001 …) you are interested in getting the quotation.


• Your possible order quantity for each products.


• Any other additional requirements (color changing, custom color box, logo, etc.)
