HOMTIEM Pickled Solo Garlic with Honey is made from Thailand's single clove garlic. It requires a unique and special technique to
plant it. Thai people believe that single clove garlic have more benefits than multi clove garlic and is recognized as a natural
herb (medicine). In the processing technique, Longan Honey is added with the garlic and kept with brine and vinegar for 90 days.
We do not add any chemicals or preservatives. The pickling process removes the pungent and unpleasant garlic taste and adds a
crunchier, sweet and unique flavor.


HOMTIEM Pickled Solo Garlic with Honey is a health food. It has high antioxidant properties, greatly reduces cholesterol, improves physical strength, promotes good sleep quality, improves physical strength and much more. It is suitable for all ages, sizes and genders, making it a perfect health food.


HOMTIEM Pickled Solo Garlic with Honey is made from single clove garlic. It is a special garlic that is planted with a unique technique in the Northern part of Thailand. The garlic is more pulpier than other multi clove garlic. We select only the finest quality of garlic to pickle in a special brine, honey and vinegar for 90 days to get a unique flavor and texture. During the pickling process, the honey used is extracted from Longan which is a special flower which has a unique aroma and flavor that is only available in the Northern part of Thailand. We are only of the only farms that do not use any pesticides in the process, to get the best quality honey from the Longan flower.
