This fee covers production and shipping costs and allows us to create a high-quality representation of what you can expect from a full order. 2. What is your MOQ?
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is determined by the costs associated with setting up and creating printing plates for your custom boxes. Currently, we have set an MOQ of 500 pieces for custom box orders.
3. How can I ensure my artwork file is printable? Will you provide a proof for my order?
Before proceeding with mass production, our professional graphic design team will carefully review your artworks to ensure there are no errors. We will then send you the final proof for your approval. We accept ai, pdf files with 300 dpi.
4. What factors influence my pricing?
There are some custom choices that may affect the pricing of the box:

5. What is the turnaround time for my order?
The estimated average turnaround time is 15 - 30 working days, depending on the complexity of each custom box project. For example, boxes with more customization processes may require slightly longer production times.

a. Air shipping: Usually takes about 7 working days.
b. Shipping by boat: 30 working days.
c. Domestic shipping (In China): 7 working days.
