activity that, also recalling the passion of grandparents, threw heart and soul into this world. Selektia Tartufi was born in Tuscany in 2008. Castelfiorentino, a medieval village located at the intersection of its important communication routes: the Via Francigena and the Via Volterrana. Simone and Laura gave birth to Selektia Tartufi, where the primary objective is the search for Tuscan excellence to be brought to all the world. The new adventure began in his birthplace in Castelfiorentino, in via Attavanti.
