Description
Description of Production Line
This plant works to produce diameter 9.5mm or 12mm common aluminum rod. AL-Mg or AL-Mg-Si(6201,6101 series) alloy aluminum rod and eight series (8030) with high conductivity.
The plant is composed of 1 sets of four -wheel casting machine, drive unit, roller shears, straightener and multi-frequency induction heater, rolling mill, rolling mill lubrication system, rolling mill emulsion system, rod cooling systems ,coiler, and electrical control system.
Brief Process Flow:
Casting machine to get cast bar → roller shears → straightener → multi-frequency induction heater → feed-in unit → rolling mill → cooling unit to quench rod → winding unit to pre-shape rod → star coiler to lay rod into coil.

Aluminum continuous casting and rolling line works to produce pure aluminum, 3000 series, 6000 series and 8000 series aluminum alloy rods in 9.5mm, 12mm and 15mm diameters.
