Long pepper-Thippili plant is perennial aromatic slender climber plant with large woody roots. Heart shaped leaves abroad rounded lobes at the base measures about 5-9 cm long and 3-5 cm wide. Vines starts emerging from 6 months after planting. Black or green fruits are firm and it takes 2 months to mature.

| Ans:Our products are produced as per International standards and conform to requirements world over. However, if product testing is required; we suggest that the product is tested in destination country so that the relevant tests as per the destination country’s requirements can be done. We can arrange a sample for the purpose of conducting these tests. |
| Que:In what way are products treated to Keep Micro parameters at required level? |
Ans:The moisture of the product(s) is reduced in the range of 8%-14% (based on the product). This minimizes any micro activity and development. Further, we steam sterilize the product; this ensures that the micro levels are reduced to acceptable levels prior to finalizing production. Moreover, steam sterilization is done in a way that does not negatively affect the nutrition and volatile oils of the product. |
| Que:What is the MOQ for Private Label? |
| Ans:We have a stock of 100g / 250g / 500g / 1Kg Kraft paper pouches and 100g stand up zipped-locked transparent pouches. If the products are to be packed in these; the MOQ would be 500 from a product. However, if a different type / size of packaging is required; it would be the MOQ of the packaging supplier. This is usually 10,000 - 15,000 packages in total. Furthermore, the larger the quantity of a single product, there would be cost savings in terms of label printing, which we could pass on to the customer. |
