Q1. What is the location of your company?
A: Our company is located in Hanoi, Vietnam. The nearest sea ports is Hai Phong port, which is about 4 hours.
It takes approximately 40 minutes from the nearest airport (Noi Bai) to our head quarter. If you would like to have a visit, you are much welcome.
Q2. What is your MOQ?
A:Our MOQ is usually 600pcs per color, and 3 colors per style
Q3. What is the shipping port?
A: There are a few routes you can take into consideration when ordering from us
NOI BAI AIRPORT for all air shipments
HAI PHONG PORT for all sea shipments
HUU NGHI QUAN, MOC BAI, and SA MAT for all road shipments
Q4. What is your delivery time?
A: The time of delivery is about 40 days after we receive the deposit.
Q5. What are your payment terms?
A: We accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% in the period of shipment. Or L/C at sight.
Q6. What is your sample time?
A: Usually we will take 1~2 weeks to make the samples with just your logo on. For more complicated designs/ styles it takes about 3 weeks.
For existing sample products, you can get them from us for free.
Q7: What are your main products?
A: Our main products are sporting goods like running shoes, vulcanized shoes, badminton shoes, and soccer shoes. We also have factories for soccer ball, basketball, volleyball, and sportswear productions.
