Overview
Coffee (from the French word cafe) is a black drink containing caffeine, produced from roasted coffee beans.
The quality or class of coffee varies depending on the type of tree, type of bean and different growing place. Robusta coffee is rated lower than Arabica coffee due to its lower quality and lower price. The most expensive and rarest type of coffee in the world is called Kopi Luwak Coffee (or “weasel coffee”) from Vietnam. This is not a coffee variety but a way of processing coffee using the civet's digestive system.
Stimulates concentration and excitement. You should drink coffee several times a day, with a small sip each time, instead of drinking a large cup in the morning. This method is especially suitable for people who have to work at night. They will find it easier to stay up late and maintain greater concentration.
Anti-oxidation. The Japanese National Cancer Center in Tokyo conducted a 10-year experiment on 100,000 coffee drinkers and discovered that only 214 of them had kidney cancer. Meanwhile, in people who do not drink coffee, this rate is 547/100,000, meaning more than twice as high. From there, they concluded that antioxidants in coffee have the ability to protect kidney cells from corrosion. Comparative experiments also showed that green tea does not have the same protective effect as that of coffee.
