Each piece comes in a single box including the necessary accessories. 10 pcs. in a master box.

For shipping the master box will be stowed in another protective outer box.

Small shipments will be handled by parcel service or courier service. Medium shipments (100+ pcs.) are put on pallet, handled by truck service within Europe or air freight world-wide. For big orders (500+ pcs.) we use air or ocean freight.

We produce on demand, using a basic stock of pre-made parts. Once you order, we will have to assemble those parts. So you will always receive brand new product. The KB collection is in operation since 1988, specialized in developing and producing moving sand pictures designed by the famous sand artist KB The Sandman. Our quality checking starts with the production materials, goes on during the working process and continues until the checked product is going into its packaging.

Do they break in transit?

Since the 1990ies we ship our goods around the world. Our solid packaging is reducing damages to almost zero. If something will break, we always pay transport insurance to solve the problem easily.
