SUBLIMATION PRINTING:
Full dye sublimation is a state of the art garment printing process that allows, "all over printing" of garments. High resolution
digital files are printed using non toxic, water based ink and permanently heat set into rolls of blank eco-poly fabric, made from
recycled post consumer water bottles. Once the color of the fabric is set it won't fade, crack or peel.
HEAT TRANSFERS:
Heat transfers are iron-on images, produced primarily by screen printing and other commercial printing methods. Heat transfers
have also advanced to include transfer papers for use with home computer printers. Transfer imprints differ in quality and
appearance depending on the printing method, but all operate on the same application method and principle: heat and pressure are
applied to a special release paper, facilitating the transfer of ink to the fabric.
Pattern Making:
We can develop from your sketches or you can provide us with your own first samples. Our team of fashion professionals are
equipped to translate your ideas into patterns and salesman samples, and your artwork onto screens, fabrics or garments. Our team
members have extensive experience working with leading US and European retailers and design houses. Cutting Process:
Cutting is one of the major process in garments manufacturing. Here garments parts are cutting according to the pattern. In
garments cutting department, a process flow chart have to maintained to send the right measurement parts in the next process for
making quality garments.
Sewing Process:
In the apparel industry , sewing section is the main department for garments manufacturing. When all the garments are complete to
cut in the cutting section, all of these cutting parts are sending to sewing department for making garment. In this section

A: Yes, If you accept our stock sample, it is for free, but we do not pay the cost of freight. If you need the sample with your
own logo, the sample charge depend on how many color of your logo. Sample time about 10 days.

A: Sample time need about 10 days. Mass production time according to quantity. Generally it is 30 days after you confirmed the
sample and we get your deposit.
Q: Can you refund the sample charge when I place the order?
A: We can refund the sample charge when your order more than 500 pairs.
Q: Do you accept payment via PayPal?
A: if the amount less than 1000USD, you can pay it via PayPal, but you need to pay the handling charge of PayPal.
