Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in New Taipei City, Taiwan, with reliable and experienced team members.

 Where is the nearest port for order delivery? 

We ship the goods from Keelung Port, in the north of Taiwan. If you have other suppliers in Taiwan and you hope we combine the orders in one delivery, we could discuss details and do our endeavor to satisfy your needs.

 How long shall I wait to receive my ordered products?

For factory production, the lead time is about 45–60 days. All production schedules will be advised with order confirmation.

 May I have some samples for quality evaluation?

Yes, sure. List us the samples you want, and we will prepare them for your evaluation and test. Samples and shipping costs would be charged, and we will refund the sample charge when you place an official order.

 Do your products conform to standards?

All of our swimming goggles conform to BS 5883:1996 and the newest ISO 18527-3:2020. We can provide the test report issued by the laboratory for your information. While we suggest you check the import and product requirements with your customs officer or authority in advance, we are both clear on that. Be cautious with the product marking, labeling, or any other standard conformity.
