Flange  Repair Clamp
Flange Repair Clamps is designed to act fast by sealing a leaking gasket on the outside diameter of the flange set.This can be done with the pipeline still in service reducing costly shut downs .Once Flange Repair Clamps is torqued to the correct specifications, the leak will follow path of least resistance to the flange bolts.We solve this issue by injecting sealant through the injection ports to fill the gaps around the flange bolts.

Q1. What is the material of your Split Sleeve ?

A1. The material of our Split Sleeve is Q345B Carbon Steel .
Q345B is the good material which is widely used for pressurized vessel in China .

Q2. Why you can't make Split Sleeve with the material ASTM A106, A216, A516 ?

A2. ASTM A106, A216, A516 is the American standard steel which is not widely used in China
and the annual usage is very small.
But Q345B Steel is widely used in China for high pressure oil and gas lines and etc and annual usage is big.
So it's impossible for us to purchase this American standard steel to make Split Sleeve.

Q3. What about your product warranty ? Can we return goods to you if we are not satisfied ?

A3. We provide 3 year warranty to our products . Returns will be accepted only if our products proves to be defective.
