Export Documentation Terms and Conditions:
Provided Documentation: The exporter will furnish the following essential export documentation:

AUTHORIZED RETURNS
No returns will be accepted without our authorization. The returns will be credited with 10% reduction of standard material and 20% reduction of personalized material. All shipping and packing costs paid by the customer. Concerning returned goods with calibrated versions and options (such as calibration, the first periodic verification, certifications) will be credited the amount of item regardless of the calibration, adjustments and the options.
PREPAYMENT
Payment in advance, before shipment, by bank wire transfer.
We do not accept credit cards .
Our company keeps the right to up-grade its products without giving notice.
Warranty Terms:
Duration: The warranty period extends for 12 months from the date stated on the delivery document.
Coverage: The warranty covers only defective parts and includes replacement parts and labor costs.
Shipping and Packing Costs: All shipping and packing costs associated with warranty services are to be borne by the customer.
Repair Conditions: Warranty repairs are permissible provided that the returned product has not been altered, damaged, or repaired without prior authorization.
Original Label and Serial Number: Products returned for warranty service must retain their original label and/or serial number. No warranty claims will be entertained for products lacking these identifiers.
