1600W mini hot air Welding gun with temperature display
"Strivers" DG-1600S is a professional industrial mini plastic welder, it is easy and convenient to use, thanks to the air hose connection for an external blower ,it is used in welding hot melt plastic materials such as PVC,PVDF ,TPO PP, PE for welding roofing,vinly floor,tarpaulin banners,etc ,Also it is used in other works like hot forming,shrinking,drying ,and igniting.This model has temperature and Auto cooling function
Introduction to Auto cooling function
You don’t need to adjust the potentiometer to “0” position after finish your welding job. You can turn off the power switch of the weld gun directly (press the power switch to “О” place, the weld gun stops heating) , but do remember it is prohibited to unplug the power plug now . At this moment the weld gun already stops heating, the motor will still rotate for about 3 minutes until the air gun temperature drops less than 70 degrees , it will power off automatically, after that you can unplug the power plug.

①compact design and light weight.the mini heat gun is only 0.5KGS and it is comfortable to hold in hand.②the air gun nozzle made of SUS304 stainless steel with thickness of 1mm.
③the plastic material we use is Glass-Fiber reinforced PA66.
④the sealing ring we use is silicone material, other supplier use rubber material. Silicone is more soft and more
environmentally friendly. Rubber is susceptible to hardening and aging.
⑤our power cord sleeve is also silicone material. Most of others use rubber material.
⑥our power cord use very good quality copper and pure rubber, so it is softer than others.

①Our heating elements are made by skilled workers with many years of experience, and each product is laser-numbered for quality tracking. We are very strict about quality management!②our mica tube is very good quality made by Phlogopite material which can bear temperatures of 800 degrees for long time. You can use your finger to pinch it and will find it’s difficult to break it.
③For electronic parts, our light sensor and overheat protector, thyristor, potentiometer, power switch , etc. all very good
quality, as our years’ experience, Damage rate of 1 in 1000. For Circuit control board, damage rate of 2 in 1000, because
sometimes voltage problem at working site may cause it broken. However, we will always prepare enough parts to our distributors for free.④Our motor adopts Japan NSK bearings and German material carbon brush. we have both brushed and brushless motors
