The function of lubricating oil one

Compressor refrigeration oil inspection and replacement
For system manufacturers, the detection and replacement cycle of compressor refrigeration oil is related to the process control of their production process. If the cleanliness control of the evaporator, condenser, and system pipelines is good, then relatively speaking, there will be less pollutants entering the compressor, and the inspection and maintenance cycle can be relatively extended.


Main monitoring indicator one
1. PH index: Acidification of lubricating oil can directly affect the service life of compressor motors, so it is necessary to regularly check whether the acidity of lubricating oil is qualified. Generally, lubricating oil with an acidity below PH6 must be replaced. If the acidity cannot be checked, the drying filter of the system should be replaced regularly to maintain the dryness of the system in a normal state;
2. Pollution index: If the pollutant in 100ml of refrigeration oil exceeds 5mg, it is recommended to replace the refrigeration oil;
3. Water content: If it exceeds 100ppm, the refrigeration oil needs to be replaced.


Replacement cycle one
Generally, lubricating oil should be checked or replaced every 10000 hours of operation, and after the first operation, it is recommended to replace the lubricating oil and clean the oil filter every 2500 hours. The residue from system assembly will accumulate in the compressor after formal operation. So the lubricating oil should be replaced every 2500 hours (or 3 months), and then replaced regularly according to the cleanliness status of the system. If the system cleanliness is good, it can be replaced every 10000 hours (or every year). If the exhaust temperature of the compressor is maintained at a high temperature for a long time, the deterioration of the lubricating oil will progress quickly. It is necessary to regularly (every 2 months) check the chemical properties of the lubricating oil, and replace it if it is not qualified. If regular inspections are not possible, the following suggestion table can be followed for implementation. Replace. Operation method for replacing refrigeration oil
1. Replacing refrigerant oil without internal cleaning:
The compressor performs a pump collection action to recover the system refrigerant to the condenser side (note that the minimum suction pressure during the pump collection action is not less than 0.5Kg/cm2G). The refrigerant inside the compressor is discharged, leaving some internal pressure as the power source, and the refrigerant is discharged from the oil discharge angle valve of the compressor.


1. Replace the refrigeration oil and perform internal cleaning:
The oil discharge action is as described earlier. After the refrigeration oil is completely drained and the pressure inside and outside the compressor is balanced, use an Allen wrench to loosen the flange bolts, remove the oil filter joint and the cleaning hole flange (or oil level switch flange), remove the pollutants in the compressor oil tank, and check if the oil filter mesh is damaged. Blow out the oil sludge, pollutants, etc. on it, or replace it with a new oil filter. Note that when replacing, the filter interface nut should be tightened and sealed to prevent internal leakage; The gasket inside the oil filter joint must be replaced to prevent internal leakage; It is also recommended to update other flange gaskets.

1. Different grades of refrigeration oil should not be mixed, especially mineral oil and synthetic esters
Oil cutting should not be mixed;
2. If replacing with different grades of refrigeration oil, be sure to remove any remaining refrigerant in the system

3. Some oil products should not be exposed to refrigeration oil for a long time due to their hygroscopic properties
