DURAGREEN (TM) fiber cement calcium silicate boards are applied in interior and exterior building materials: ceiling, floor, partition, cladding, plank, siding, tile backer board. DURAGREEN (TM) calcium silicate boards are fire-rated, weather resistant, high strength, and of premium quality.

Production Flow
The Hatschek process in the manufacturing technology of asbestos-free Cement Fiber Board
1. Preparation
Pulp and fibers along with other materials will be fed into the hydro-pulper to create a 2-component slurry.
2. Green sheet forming process
The pressed material settles or accumulates on the press rolls to be conveyed onto the technical conveyor belt and layered onto the shaping roll of the press. When the desired thickness is reached, the workers will cut to separate the board from the shaping roll.
3. Autoclaved
After being cut to the specified dimensions, the wet boards will be placed in an autoclave with a high temperature and pressure environment within 12 hours to ensure the material has the best possible hardness.
4. Curing process
The product curing process begins in the curing room to enhance the product's setting. After about 3 hours of curing, the product reaches the required hardness and proceeds to the natural curing process.
5. Quality Inspection
The Cement Fiber Board will undergo strict quality inspections before being packaged and released to the market.
