Self adhesive sticker labeling machine wrap around label :

Description :

This is fully automatic Horizontal Sticker Labeling Machine suitable for round containers. The containers are fully/ partially wrap around with self-adhesive label. The containers pass thru’ the machine in the vertical orientation. The machine can label different sizes of labels, which are fed in the roll form. The containers are automatically spaced on the conveyor.
The container is sensed and a corresponding label is pulled from the label roll and pealed off and fed in the direction of the container. The label front sticks to the container and the complete label is pulled out from the roll. The container with partially stuck label moves to the label pressing system. The container is rotated with the label and is pressed between rubber pressing belt and stationary rubber pad. The label is pressed on the container and rolled around.

Construction:

The machine frame and tabletop is made from Stainless Steel. The conveyor, label dispenser and label pressing systems are fitted on the tabletop. The label roll is fitted on the label dispenser. A stepper motor drive is fitted in the label dispenser to pull the label web backing. The label web is turned around a sharp deflector, which peals off the label from the web. The sensor provided on the machine to sense the container gives the start signal to pull the label web. The stop signal is obtained from the label web when one label length is pulled out. The label-pressing device consists of a rotating rubber belt and a stationary rubber pad. 

Top and bottom Self-adhesive sticker:

Description:

This is fully automatic Vertical Sticker Labeling Machine suitable for round containers. The containers are fully/ partially labeled with self-adhesive label on top /bottom or both. The machine can label different sizes of labels, which are fed in the roll form. The containers pass thru’ the machine in the vertical orientation. The containers are automatically spaced on the conveyor. Label dispensing mechanism is placed perpendicular to the conveyor’s direction. In case top and bottom both two such dispensers are kept one at top one at bottom. Label dispenser works on servo controlled label feeder.

The container is sensed and a corresponding label is pulled from the label roll and pealed off and fed in the direction of the container. The label front sticks to the container and the complete label is pulled out from the roll. The container with partially stuck label moves to the label pressing system. The container is rotated with the label and is pressed between rubber pressing belt and free moving rubber rollers. The label is pressed on the container for best fixing.
