Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q2. Will the hair shedding or tangle? How long does the hair last?
The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle.With proper care (clean and condition the hair regularly, the hair will last 3 year.
Q3. How many bundles do I need?
For average head size, here is my suggestion:
12"-14":2 bundles
16"-20":3 bundles
22"-28":4 bundles or more
Q4. How do I know if the hair is human hair?
Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: When it is burnt, human hair has white smoke and smells like wool burnt, and it turns to ash.
Q5. I paid the order yesterday, why the vendor has not sent the goods?
We will ship the hair within 24 hours after receiving your full payment.
Q6. I cancelled my order, why I still do not receive the refund?
After the order is cancelled, it takes about 7 working days for aliexpress to process the refund.
Q7. What is your Returns/ Exchange policy?
All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.
