This product is yellowfin tuna caught by EU registered vessels in Korea and slice-processed at an EU processing facility in Korea. This is a product for sushi rolls. The length is matched to the length of the nori, and the shape has been made so that it is easy to roll. Simply remove the film and use the product in its frozen state. It defrosts in a short time and produces beautiful looking sushi rolls.
