1. Are you a factory or trader?
Inochi is a manufacturer in Vietnam, specialize in producing household items. We have 4 factories in Dong Nai Province, Long An Province, and Bac Ninh Province with a large capacity of 44,000 MTs per year. Our factory achieved ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, BSCI, BRCS.
We have more than 20 years of experience in exporting. Our main export markets are the UK, the US, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia,....
2. What is your term of delivery?
INOCHI supplies many terms of delivery including: FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, .... However, we highly recommend CIF and FOB.
3. How can I get a sample and how long will it take?
Sample and the shipping cost is free. However you should pay the freight first, we will refund by deducting in your order.
It takes 3-7 days to deliver to you.
4. What about the lead time for bulk production?
Our products are always restocked at the warehouse. Therefore, we can have it ready to ship to you immediately.
With customized items, it takes about more than a month to produce mold and mass product.
5. What are your payment conditions?
INOCHI accept following payment terms:
- T/T (50/50): 50% after PI/Contract; 50% before scanning B/L
- L/C at sight: apply for customers who have re-ordered more than 5 times
