Q1. I want to customize my own products with my own logo and packaging. Is it possible?
Yes, we can. If you have target products, you can change the ingredient depending on your idea and it will be processed in our own lap in Gyeonggi-do. In the lap, your product will be developed and produced. Also, we can provide samples if you want.
Q2. Can I try sample firstly? and then I want to order after trying samples.
Yes, you can. If you want samples, please tell me your target product, quantity and your shipping address including postal code via Alibaba Trade Manager and we can serve it for you.
Q3. What kinds of shipping method do you have?
After packing products in safety, they will be sent via FedEx, DHL, or forwarding company.
If you have your own forwarding company or shipping company, we can send it to you via forwarding company.
Q4. What about leading time?
For OBM, it may take around 5 working days after confirmation.
For OEM/ODM, it may take around 3-4 weeks after design confirmation.
In the second order of OEM, it may take around 2 weeks.
